I am extremely capable of evaluating food products to assure freshness and quality standard are attained, and inspecting supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance to established standard. I believe I have what it takes for this position having worked in a blend of town hotels, beach resorts, boutique hotels and remote lodges not to mention my diversity having an added advantage of working with different cultures in different countries and set ups.
