    Human Resources

    Reporting to the MD, as Human Resources Manager managing the HR and Business Support team of 10 in Zanzibar, Tanzania providing Human Resources Support for Emirates Leisure Retail Zanzibar in conjunction with dnata Zanzibar Aviation Service, leading different business units (Uniforms, Administration, Procurement, Transport and Human Resources).

    Key Accountabilities

    • Overall control of the HR discipline within both organisations and representing the function at Senior Management meetings

    • Developing and overseeing remuneration and reward packages and processes, advising the senior team on salaries taking data from external remuneration benchmarks

    • Ensuring internal departments are accountable in areas of the HR discipline including health and safety and diversity.

    • Creating and implementing a fair and diverse recruitment strategy and taking overall responsibility for its implementation

    • Reporting on people data and analysing information about areas such as staff turnover and cost per hire
