Ismail Mesaya has over 8 years of experience in sales and business management. He has worked with multinational companies such as Zola Electric, M-Kopa Solar, Azuri Technologies, and Milvik Tanzania.
He is currently the Head of Sales at Milvik Bima with the core responsibility of overseeing sales, training and skills development, quality assessment, customers win-back, and retention with over 19 Sales supervisors and 350 sales reps.
Ismail Mesaya has strong experience in designing and implementing sales strategies, recruiting and training teams, identifying emerging markets, and analyzing performance metrics to improve sales.
