As a Supply Chain Analyst at Helios Towers Group Supply Chain Team (Indirect Procurement particularly), I am accountable for Issuing tenders, performing supplier due diligence, onboarding suppliers, creating materials, and creating purchase orders in support of Helios Towers Group operations.

As an intern in the Supply Chain Department at HTT Infraco Ltd (Part of Helios Towers Group), I managed to • Support organizational goals and objectives i.e., CAPEX & OPEX reduction& Carbon Emission reduction. • Initiate procurement of various supplies and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms. • Research prices of materials and services to find more cost-effective solutions. • Get acquitted and familiarized with organization’s QSHE, Company Process and Code of conduct. • Undertake and accomplish trainings in the company’s Learning Management System (LMS). • Reviewing and writing weekly reports on diesel prices. • Managing, reporting and making follow-ups on contractors’ payments effectively and efficiently. • Pulling, analyzing, summarizing and sharing reports from SAP on a daily basis. • Establish and develop strong relationships with other departments.
