Job Overview

We are looking for a talented sales executive who will Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. The Ideal Candidate must be able to Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a hospitality industry based in food and beverage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Train and mentor junior sales team members.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to align offerings with market demand.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings and provide updates on performance.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market changes that may impact sales.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a hospitality industry based in food and beverage.
  • Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sales or Marketing certifications are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
