We are seeking a highly skilled Field Supervisor to oversee and manage field operations within the selected areas. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise in telecommunications infrastructure and demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities to guide and supervise a team of technicians effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field
Experience: Proven experience of 3 Years in telecommunications field operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage a team of field technicians, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support to field personnel, troubleshooting issues and ensuring efficient resolution of on-site challenges.
- Coordinate with project managers to execute field operations, allocate resources effectivelyand ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with industry regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits.
- Identify training needs, conduct training sessions, and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates on project progress and maintaining positive client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, equipmentand systems.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensuring strict compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues and make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise between field teams, management and clients effectively.
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks in field operations to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ability to analyze data, trends and field reports to improve operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience of 3 Years in telecommunications field operations, with a strong understanding of telecom infrastructure and equipment.
- Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Technical proficiency in telecommunications systems, including generators, power systems, and associated equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
